James brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience helping organizations navigate growth, operational complexity, workforce challenges, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, he has partnered with founders, executives, and leadership teams to build scalable organizations by aligning people, processes, and business strategy.
His expertise spans Human Resources, operations, compliance, leadership development, organizational design, safety programs, systems implementation, and business infrastructure. He has successfully led organizations through periods of rapid growth, mergers and acquisitions, technology implementations, and large-scale organizational change while helping leaders create the structure and accountability needed to scale effectively.
Known for his practical, hands-on approach, James focuses on developing solutions that work in the real world, not just on paper. He helps organizations strengthen leadership, improve operational effectiveness, reduce risk, and build the foundation necessary for sustainable growth.
